YAMAHA DY-36 Used Motor Boats for Sale in Japan

This is a Yamaha fishing boat, the DY-36, launched in 1991. Although many years have passed since its launch, the hull—as you’d expect from Yamaha—is very sturdy and in excellent condition. The boat is powered by a Yamaha 310-horsepower engine and is currently operating without any issues. It is fully equipped for recreational fishing, featuring a three-point remote control, a generator, fish-attracting lights, fishing stations, sonar, a private restroom, and more. Since it hasn’t been used for a while, it appears to need some minor maintenance, but it still seems capable of serving well as both a recreational fishing boat and a workboat. [Exterior] The hull has minor scratches, scuffs, and dirt from use, but there do not appear to be any major repair marks, chips, or cracks in the hull bottom. [Deck] As expected of a 36-foot vessel, there is ample deck space both fore and aft, and a large fish hold is installed.There is also ample storage space. The deck surface is flat, ensuring safety when moving about. At the stern, only the spanker mast is installed. [Helmsman’s Station & Cabin] The helmsman’s station offers excellent visibility and features a simple, clean design.It is equipped with a generator, sonar, GPS fish finder, a rotating window, a three-point steering remote control, and an autopilot. The radar has been removed, leaving only the antenna in place; it is unclear whether it is still operational. The helm and aft cabin are currently filled with the owner’s fishing gear and other items, but if these are properly organized, there should be plenty of usable space. 【Engine】 The boat is powered by a Yamaha N591 engine rated at 310 horsepower. The hour meter reads 1,626 hours, so the engine still has plenty of life left. During our inspection, it started right up and appeared to be in excellent condition.
