Exterior
The boat feels solid overall, so there are no concerns about its seaworthiness. Since I haven’t had many chances to take it out lately, it was pretty dirty all over, but it should definitely come clean with a wash. The gunwales show some age-related wear. The navy blue accent color is painted on. It appears a clear coat was applied to the hull quite some time ago. That coating has deteriorated and peels off surprisingly easily—it’s so brittle you can peel it off with your fingernail. It’ll take some patience, but the underlying surface looks sound, so I think if you strip off all the clear coat and buff it down, the hull’s shine will be restored.
Front Deck
Perhaps it felt a bit flimsy, as there are some repair marks in places. I often see UF25s with weakened decks, but despite some paint peeling and wear on the non-slip surface, this boat is actually in pretty good shape. The anchor winch was working fine.
Bridge
This is a high-quality cover from Kazekko. There is some paint peeling, electrolysis at the base of the handrails, and the deck lights on the ceiling are not working.
Aft Deck
A sturdy aft deck has been added. This aft deck is convenient for propeller maintenance and provides a spacious fishing area.
Cockpit
The radio and GPS fishfinder are quite expensive, so they have been removed and sold separately at a lower price. Please contact us separately if you need them.If you need other electronic equipment, such as a GPS fishfinder, we can accept a separate order for it. “There are no issues with operating the boat as it is.”
Cabin
The acrylic hatch on top of the cabin shows little signs of deterioration, so it appears to have been replaced at some point. It has been kept in neat and tidy condition.
Yamaha 63P High Power 150 hp
As expected of a “High Power” model, it cruises at 20 knots at just 3,500 RPM; it occasionally reaches 25–26 knots at 4,700 RPM, but it appears the owner has never pushed it to its maximum speed.Since it can rev above 5,500 RPM, it appears capable of reaching 30 knots. The tilt function works fine. The oil seems to have been changed regularly. The engine has 1,844 hours on the clock, but it has been used almost exclusively at idle. The engine oil, filter, and starter motor were recently replaced.
